Installation Checks

☐ Confirm that the sensor and monitoring system are powered on and functioning correctly.

☐ Verify that the pressuriser motor initiates and operates as intended.

☐ Inspect all electrical and mechanical connectors to ensure secure and proper attachment.

☐ Assess the pressuriser for any abnormal noise or vibration during operation.

☐ Measure the fan speed at the cabin’s target pressure, confirming it falls within the acceptable range of 20% to 50%.

☐ Perform a CO₂ gain assessment using the prescribed 15-minute test procedure.

☐ Complete the commissioning report, ensuring all relevant data and observations are documented.

☐ Record all filter details as part of the installation process.

☐ Complete system report for record-keeping and compliance.

☐ Provide the customer with all HEPA filter documentation and commissioning paperwork.

☐ Fit Operator warning & information stickers

☐ Supply the operator manual to the customer to support ongoing operation and maintenance.
