Annual Inspection Technician Checklist

1. Conduct Visual Inspection

1. ☐ Inspect the system for visible damage, including the pressuriser and hoses.

2. ☐ Check the filter condition and replace if required.

3. ☐ Confirm whether the HEPA filter requires annual replacement.

4. ☐ Inspect the sensor tube and sensor filter; replace as required.

2. Perform Pre-Cleaner Maintenance

1. ☐ Remove and dismantle the Donaldson pre-cleaner.

2. ☐ Inspect the vacuator valve and replace if required.

3. ☐ Clean the pre-cleaner thoroughly as needed.

4. ☐ Reassemble the pre-cleaner correctly.

3. Inspect Cabin Integrity

1. ☐ Inspect the machine cabin, including all door and window seals.

2. ☐ Repair or replace damaged or ineffective seals.

4. Perform Pressure Test

1. ☐ Confirm all cabin doors are closed.

2. ☐ Start the machine.

3. ☐ Switch off the machine HVAC system before testing.

4. ☐ Run the pressure test in the Cleancab application from the commissioning or management page.

5. ☐ Record the maximum pressure achieved.

6. ☐ Reset the pressure test icon.

7. ☐ Allow the system to stabilise at the target pressure.

8. ☐ If fan speed exceeds 80% to reach target pressure, complete a cabin sealing test and carry out repairs.

9. ☐ Confirm pressuriser fan speed is within the recommended 20% to 70% range.

10. ☐ Do not operate the HVAC system while testing pressuriser fan speed.

5. Complete Calibration

1. ☐ Complete system calibration in accordance with the approved calibration procedure.

6. Conduct CO₂ Gain Test

1. ☐ Confirm the system has been calibrated and stabilised.

2. ☐ Perform the CO₂ gain test in accordance with the approved CO₂ gain procedure.

7. Manage System Data

1. ☐ Save the fault code list from filter history for future reference.

2. ☐ Clear fault codes in the Cleancab management section.

3. ☐ Save filter history before clearing it, if clearing is required.

4. ☐ Do not clear running logs unless the unit is being installed on a new machine.

8. Complete Reporting Requirements

1. ☐ Create and export the inspection report from the report section in the Cleancab menu.

☐ Include customer details and the recorded test pressure level in the final report.
