INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION FOR VOLVO HAUL TRUCKS & LOADERS

1. Remove Hvac side cover

2. Remove Hvac filters

3. Remove Hvac complete cover taking note to remove the recirculation controller,

4. Reconnect the recirculation controller & leave connected to the machine.

5. Remove the outer cover plate from the CleanCab adapter & mount the adapter to the machine. Note... check the location of the AC pipes on some Haul trucks may require you to cut about another 5mm out of the adapter to allow clearance & to make sure all the bolt hoes line up some holes may require elongating. From the 22/09 there has been a change to rectify this issue.

6. On haul trucks the bottom of the adapter slots into location lugs no bolts are used on the bottom

7. On loaders refit the 76mm spigot to the bottom location generally facing back.

8. On Loaders the bolts are used on the bottom

9. Fit all bolts & tighten as required.

10. Cut the two lugs of the OEM recirculation filter & slide into the adapter from the top into the adapter.

11. On haul trucks fit the 76mm adapter to the lid making sure to seal it

12. Fit the lid to the adapter.

13. On haul trucks refit the top access cover & cut it out so the 76mm pipe can exit.

14. On loaders cut the outer door out to clear the 76mm spigot.

15. Fit pressuriser in an appropriate position this will it all depends on what other auxiliary systems are fitted.

16. Install sensor & monitor boxes using installation instructions note the sensor box can be located near where the recirculation air is drawn from.
