Model- Excavator series -7 & above larger filter door
Remove OEM fresh air filter door & filter. Cut a 76mm hole in the recirculation fresh air flap if you cannot see it turn the HVAC control to recirculation. Fit adapter using measurements in Imarkup picture using self-tappers supplied making sure to seal adapter to the cabin. Place seal on adapter & fit new door to adapter with the 4 bolts suppled. Fit snorkel with seal & 4 self-tappers to door adapter. The top of the snorkel is held by a magnet. Fit the door stop extenders.
Fit the pressuriser unit to the machines deck using the OEM threaded plates using 10x1.5mm bolts & connect the unit to the snorkel with the 76mm tube supplied.
Fit the sensor box to the RHS of the recirculation filter. Fit monitor to cover above the OEM monitor.
Do not forget to carryout commissioning form & filter replacement to start filter logging.
